Saudi Arabia's meticulous Hajj preparations: Ensuring a smooth journey for millions
Millions of Muslims prepare for Hajj, and Saudi Arabia is ready. The annual Hajj pilgrimage is one of the largest gatherings in the world. This year, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is leaving no stone unturned to ensure a smooth and safe journey for every pilgrim. Muhammad Batook, Assistant Undersecretary for Pilgrims' Services, shared insights into the elaborate monitoring system in place. "We monitor operational processes from the moment pilgrims receive their visas until they reach their accommodations," Batook stated, emphasizing the ministry's commitment to providing high-quality services. The ministry has prepared over 3,500 accommodations in Mecca and Medina, accommodating over two million pilgrims. These preparations, which began last year, cover various aspects, including transportation and accommodation readiness. This dedication to ensuring a positive Hajj experience reflects Saudi Arabia's commitment to serving pilgrims.
