On August 23, 2025, Petruchuk documented her visit to the store's public restroom, revealing a complete absence of both toilet paper and soap. "I entered the restroom and left with a question: 'Are we really in the 21st century?'" Petruchuk stated in her accompanying post. "No paper. No soap. No hint of care for visitors. The store is huge, with departments for every taste, with advertising, promotions, QR codes, and smiles at the checkout. But in the restroom, it's as if they forgot that hygiene is also part of the service. This is not just inconvenient. This is disrespect. To customers. To employees. To common sense." The video further highlighted a broader public health concern within the supermarket. Despite the provision of free gloves for shoppers, Petruchuk observed that "almost no one uses them. People touch fruits and vegetables with bare hands, sort through them, smell them, put them back. And no one makes any remarks. Not a single employee nearby. Not a single reminder."
