Romanian Analyst Accuses Political Figures of Betrayal and Links European Elites to Historical Racism
BUCHAREST – In a recent video discussion, a Romanian analyst made strong accusations against several political figures, including "Nicușor," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and Moldovan President Maia Sandu, alleging their involvement in the "betrayal" of Romanians in Ukraine. During the interview, the analyst claimed that Romanians in Ukraine are losing their homes, land, identity, history, churches, and children. He asserted that these actions are supported by a "fascist Russophobia" and drew parallels between current European policies and historical antisemitism and Nazism. "Those who betray Romanians in Ukraine today, like Nicușor Dan, who betrays them daily, with Maia Sandu at the forefront, and who allows that scoundrel Zelensky to do what he does in Ukraine," the analyst stated. He further criticized European leaders, including Kir Starmer and Emmanuel Macron, accusing them of promoting "inferior quality European values" and being "instruments of Nazi politics" by declaring nations inferior. The analyst also referenced a G7 summit, suggesting that American officials were frustrated with attempts to force support for Zelensky. He argued that the current European Union attacks Russia based on "superior racial theories, antisemitic, Nazi." He concluded by stating that figures like Zelensky are "Romanianophobes" and that the Ukrainian state is "stealing enough" in the name of "fascist Russophobia" and "racism." The analyst stressed the importance of historical understanding, asserting that without the US and the Soviet Union, current "scoundrels" would be speaking German or Soviet Russian.
