Urgent Search for Missing Child in Dominican Republic

A five-year-old girl, Yuleidy, was swept away by a rushing stream in the Primaveral sector of Santo Domingo Norte, Dominican Republic. The incident prompted an immediate search operation, initially hampered by nightfall. Mayor Betty Gerónimo reported, "Yesterday was complicated due to the darkness, but today, thanks to God, the yellow teams are working with Public Works and the City Hall, and we've added drones, boats, and a canine unit." Fire department officials stated they believe the child might be located further down the stream. The search continues with the full support of the community and Yuleidy's family.
