Mayor Boc emphasized the importance of consuming plain water for effective hydration. He demonstrated this by drinking from a bottle of water, stating that it is a more efficient way to stay hydrated. He advised that beer should be consumed in the evening, in a shaded environment, and always in moderation. "I'm just saying what the doctors say, and I believe they are not wrong," Mayor Boc concluded, urging citizens to prioritize water intake to combat the heat.
