Louisville Resident Rescues Scared Kitten, Welcomes 'Sunny' into New Home

Louisville, KY – A local resident, Emilie Marie Brooks, recently shared a heartwarming account of rescuing a small, frightened kitten found outside a building. The kitten, an orange tabby, was initially hesitant and hid under a car seat. After a patient two-hour effort, Ms. Brooks successfully brought the kitten, now named Sunny, to safety. Sunny was later seen comfortably settling into its new environment, receiving food and water after overcoming its initial fear.
