Physical Therapist Claims Donald Trump Only Has Between 6 and 8 Months to Live
In August 2025, an alleged medical professional claimed on TikTok that Donald Trump has, at minimum, six months to live, and at most, eight months.
A recent online video by a self-proclaimed home health physical therapist with a doctorate, known as Epistemic, has sparked considerable debate by speculating on the health of the current president. In the video, Epistemic claims the president is experiencing worsening congestive heart failure and chronic kidney disease. Citing observable signs such as swelling in the feet and ankles, and bruised hands attributed to intravenous diuretics, Epistemic stated, "The reason I know that he has congestive heart failure is because of the swelling in his feet and ankles. And the reason I know it's getting worse is because he's sitting behind the desk on camera now." He further suggested that the president's recent public comments about "going to heaven" indicate an awareness of his deteriorating condition. Epistemic also asserted that the president's health has only been maintained due to "the privilege of getting IV diuretics," and predicted, "I think he's going to be around for six to eight months tops." The video has generated significant discussion, particularly given the sensitive nature of a public figure's health and the speculative basis of the claims.
