A recent social media video by user Fafa A. (@f_adika) has sparked discussion after she shared an unsettling experience with Emirates ground staff. In her video, uploaded on July 22, 2025, the passenger recounts how she was allegedly shouted at and profiled while attempting to board her business class flight. According to Fafa A., as she approached the business class escalator, an Emirates ground staff member reportedly yelled at her, instructing her to use another lane, without first checking her ticket. She stated that another staff member later approached her to confirm she was indeed a business class passenger, after which she was allowed to proceed. The passenger expressed deep frustration and embarrassment over the incident, criticizing the staff's approach and highlighting what she perceived as an assumption that she did not 'belong' in business class. She urged Emirates to improve staff training on customer service and address issues of profiling.
