In a recent interview on the I AM MEDIA podcast, prominent Romanian businessman Cristi Borcea shed light on his extensive real estate portfolio, particularly focusing on his properties in Florida, USA. Borcea confirmed that he previously owned a penthouse in Miami, which he has since sold. However, he disclosed new acquisitions made for his family members. He stated that he purchased a house in Boca Raton for his children, located conveniently close to their school, where they reside with his former wife. Additionally, Borcea revealed that he bought a luxurious apartment directly on Miami Beach for his daughter, Melisa, who is currently studying at university in the area. This beachfront property, he noted, was acquired for an impressive $1,350,000, including furnishings and arrangements. Borcea further detailed the significant ongoing expenses associated with the Miami apartment, stating that monthly maintenance and taxes amount to $3,200. These costs, he explained, cover a comprehensive range of amenities, including valet parking, multiple swimming pools, a private beach, a spa, and a fitness center, likening the living experience to that of a five-star hotel. When asked about other international properties, Borcea asserted that he does not own any other real estate abroad.
