The client expressed her dismay, stating she does not live in the area and found the MUA's actions highly unprofessional and contradictory, particularly given the prior offer of a refund. She highlighted that she had previously lost a $50 deposit with the same MUA due to a flight cancellation, which she had understood, but this current situation was unacceptable due to the MUA's shifting policies.
