According to Ms. Loigu, within the first 30 minutes of her arrival, she faced issues with essential services, leading to unexpected expenses. Ms. Loigu reported attempting to purchase an e-SIM card from a vending machine, a transaction that resulted in a monetary deduction but failed to provide the necessary QR code for activation. "We tried twice because the QR code needed to download the e-SIM card didn't appear," she stated. This left her without mobile connectivity and out of pocket. Following this, Ms. Loigu attempted to book a taxi. This transaction also incurred a charge, but the ride was subsequently canceled. While the funds for the canceled taxi were eventually refunded, she noted that the initial e-SIM purchase money was not, leaving her approximately 150 euros in deficit from her initial arrival.
