    Expert Reveals How Daily Walking Can Significantly Boost Weight and Fat Loss

    Madrid, Spain – Fitness expert Matty Sánchez recently highlighted the significant benefits of walking for weight and fat loss in a popular online video. Sánchez, known for his fitness advice, explained that incorporating regular walking into one's daily routine can be a highly effective strategy for improving body composition. According to Sánchez, aiming for approximately 12,500 steps per day can lead to substantial calorie expenditure and a notable reduction in visceral fat, the dangerous fat surrounding vital organs. "Walking is a low-impact exercise that allows you to burn a significant amount of calories throughout the day without having to exert yourself too much or struggle," Sánchez stated. He added that a moderate-paced hour of walking can burn between 300 to 400 calories. The fitness expert also emphasized that walking boosts NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis), which refers to the calories burned through daily activities not related to structured exercise. This increased NEAT contributes to an overall higher calorie burn throughout the day. Sánchez underscored that while walking is a powerful tool, its effectiveness is maximized when combined with a balanced and nutritious diet. "All this training, all the steps, all the activity, is not possible if you don't accompany it with good nutrition," he advised, reinforcing the holistic approach to health and fitness.
