
Fatal Shooting at Manhattan Graduation Barbecue Leaves One Dead
A 21-year-old man, Rakis Cohen, lost his life on June 5, 2025, after being shot in the neck during a graduation barbecue in Manhattan, New York City. The incident took place near the Robert Fulton Houses, a NYCHA complex in Chelsea. Police arrived at the scene to find Cohen lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the neck.
