Russo-Belarusian Student Media Forum: Building Bridges and Shaping the Future
The Third Russo-Belarusian Forum of Student Media: Strengthening Ties and Shaping a Unified Information Space Moscow, May 17, 2025 – From May 13th to 17th, Moscow State University hosted the third Russo-Belarusian forum of student media, "Media Industry." This event brought together students from Russia and Belarus to foster creative collaboration and build a unified information space for the Union State. The forum's goal is to cultivate future leaders of public opinion. The initiative was proposed in 2024 by the Moscow Oblast administration, aiming to establish a media holding based at Moscow State University to promote the values of the Union State. The forum is structured around four modules: a strategic communications center, a youth laboratory, a center for sociological research ("Together"), and a communication platform ("Dialogue"). As one participant noted, "This forum is crucial for building bridges between our countries and creating a shared vision for the future." The event highlights the growing cooperation between Russia and Belarus in education and media.
