App Glitch Sends Draft Notices to Disabled Ukrainians

A technical glitch in the Reserv+ app has led to Ukrainian citizens with disabilities, who are legally exempt from mobilization, receiving draft notices. The Lviv Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCO) explains that this is due to the app's inconsistent display of disability data, resulting in registry errors. "The system doesn't always correctly reflect disability information," stated a spokesperson for the Lviv Regional TCO. To rectify the situation, individuals with disabilities are advised to contact the relevant authorities either offline or online. This issue highlights the challenges faced by those with disabilities during wartime and underscores the need for accurate and reliable information systems.
