Santa Cruz, Bolivia – A fish shop located on Av. Cumavi, between the 7th and 8th rings, was the target of a robbery where thieves reportedly made off with over 10,000 Bolivian pesos in equipment. The incident, which occurred recently, saw criminals gaining entry through a window. The shop owner, visibly distressed, recounted the events to Red Uno TV. "They entered through the window," she stated, detailing the loss of a computer, a bill detector, a chopper, and a blender. She emphasized the significant financial blow, stating, "I have lost more than 10,000." The owner expressed her profound disappointment and frustration, highlighting the hard work required to acquire such items. "I wake up at 5 in the morning, I go to sleep late to obtain these small things, and for them to rob me so easily, no, that's not how things are." she pleaded for the authorities to apprehend the culprits, stating, "I ask, please, that they catch these thieves and make them work. They catch them for two or three months and then release them." CCTV footage from the premises captured the moments the individuals entered and exited the shop, carrying the stolen goods. A formal complaint has been filed with the police, and investigations are reportedly underway.
