"You can feel the wind coming through," the inspector noted, demonstrating the airflow with his hand. Furthermore, the concrete walls and ceilings throughout the apartment exhibited numerous surface imperfections, including cracks and unevenness, which were meticulously marked during the inspection. All identified deficiencies were formally recorded in the apartment's acceptance and transfer act.
