One video captured a white passenger van cautiously making its way through the inundated street, while yellow city buses were seen utilizing the pedestrian areas.A local resident, whose voice was heard in one of the videos, stated, "Guys, you need to go around Komarovka now, the whole road is flooded, everyone is stuck. You can't get through here at all."
