In a video widely viewed online, she detailed spending approximately seven hours battling technical glitches on the official visa application website, ultimately failing to complete her booking. Dasha recounted successfully navigating initial steps, including registration and filling out the application form. However, upon reaching the stage of selecting dates and uploading photos, the website repeatedly froze, forcing her to restart the process multiple times. "My nervous system simply left the chat at that moment," she expressed, describing the ordeal as a form of "mockery of people." Despite her persistent efforts, which she juggled alongside her work, she could not finalize an appointment. She noted that while some individuals reportedly managed to secure slots on the same day, they did not receive confirmation emails, indicating broader issues with the system.
