In Peru, a man posing as a doctor has been arrested for defrauding families of terminally ill patients. José Quintiliano Saucedo Garcia, known as "Dr. Gutierrez," targeted vulnerable families, promising treatments and medications in exchange for money. His arrest followed numerous complaints filed across the country since 2011. Police recovered 108,000 soles, firearms, cell phones, and bank cards.
