Another parent expressed frustration, saying, "It's a nuisance, and one loses work time here." Officials confirmed a surge in demand for travel, particularly towards destinations in La Paz, Oruro, Sucre, and Potosí. However, travel to Santa Cruz has seen a decrease, attributed to ongoing health concerns in the region. To obtain travel permits for minors, parents must present their identification, ensure the presence of a guardian, and provide vaccination cards for children under ten. In cases where one parent is deceased, a death certificate and two witnesses are required for authorization.
