Woman with Group 1 Disability Alleges Humiliation and Threats on Ukrainian Train
A Ukrainian woman, Olya Shevchuk, who holds a first-group disability certificate, has shared a distressing account of an alleged incident on an electric train while she was traveling with her two minor sons. Ms. Shevchuk stated that during her journey from Krasne to Poltava, two train conductors reportedly subjected her to public humiliation, demanding a 50% escort fee despite her presenting valid disability documentation. She also noted that she possesses a multi-child family certificate.
