An airport coordinator, who was managing a flight, described the event as "totally surreal." The child informed authorities that his parents had boarded the plane, heading to their home country for vacation. Upon the plane's return to the gate, police identified the parents, who were traveling with a younger child. To avoid missing their flight, they decided to leave him behind, arranging for a relative to collect him. Fortunately, the family's luggage was quickly located at the gate, preventing further delays.
