'I had no idea': Woman gets work done at North Texas Plastic Surgery. Then one …
A woman says implants from North Texas Plastic Surgery left her feeling 'even more insecure' than before her procedure.
A patient, who identifies herself as a TikTok user, has publicly shared a distressing account of her experience with North Texas Plastic Surgery, alleging a "botched" breast augmentation procedure. In a video uploaded on August 25, 2025, the woman detailed her journey, which began two years prior with an initial breast implant surgery. She had previously documented her recovery and results on her social media platform. According to her account, a follow-up appointment revealed that one of her implants was positioned higher than the other. The medical team reportedly identified the lower-sitting implant as the problem and recommended a second surgery to "release the pocket." However, the patient claims that the corrective procedure exacerbated the issue. "After having the pocket released, my implants look even worse," she stated in the video, explaining that the previously higher, preferred implant now sits lower than the one initially deemed problematic. Visibly distressed, she described her current condition as having "one saggy boob and one really saggy boob," expressing significant insecurity. To illustrate her claims, she presented a screenshot taken by her husband during a video call, which she stated visually confirms the unsatisfactory results. The patient concluded her video by directly appealing to North Texas Plastic Surgery or any relevant party to contact her and rectify what she describes as an "absolute botched job." North Texas Plastic Surgery has not yet publicly responded to these allegations.
