MINSK – A recent video from 'Belorusskoe Vremechko' features a legal expert addressing a common query regarding labor rights in Belarus. The expert clarified that employees recalled from their vacation are not required to return their vacation pay. Citing Article 174 of the Labor Code, she explained that in such instances, employers must either reschedule the unused portion of the vacation or provide monetary compensation for the remaining days. This information aims to provide clarity on employee rights concerning vacation and recall policies in the country, as many citizens frequently face similar situations and uncertainties regarding their entitlements.
