"We believe it's appropriate now, with the good weather and the increase in motorcycles on the road, to conduct a targeted campaign." Javier Barja, head of the Traffic Civil Guard in Ourense, highlighted the specific aspects of the campaign. "We will be paying special attention to alcohol and drug use, illegal overtaking, and speeding, especially on roads frequently used by motorcyclists."
