JPJ Conducts Special Road Safety Operation During Eid al-Adha

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – June 10, 2025. The Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (JPJWPKL), or Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory Road Transport Department, conducted a special operation at the Gombak Toll Plaza today. This operation, part of a larger Eid al-Adha holiday initiative, focused on inspecting various vehicles for compliance with traffic regulations. Officers were seen checking cars, trucks, and motorcycles, issuing summonses where necessary. One officer stated, "We are conducting this operation to ensure road safety during the holiday period." The operation aimed to reduce accidents and maintain order on the roads during the busy holiday travel time.
