Qingdao, China – A woman identified as Ms. Jiang from Qingdao experienced an extraordinary surprise upon returning from a two-day holiday. She discovered that approximately 70 chicks had hatched from 90 fertilized eggs, locally known as ‘huozhuzi’, which she had purchased for consumption. The eggs, left unrefrigerated, reportedly hatched due to the high temperatures prevalent in Qingdao during her absence. According to reports, Ms. Jiang's son decided to keep two of the newly hatched chicks as pets, while the remaining fluffy newcomers were relocated to her parents' residence. A hatchery owner later corroborated the incident, confirming that the lack of proper refrigeration was the most probable cause for the unexpected mass hatching. The unusual event has garnered significant attention, highlighting the surprising outcomes of environmental conditions on everyday items.
