According to Villa, these companies could sell gasoline at 4.69 Bolivianos per liter and diesel at 4.95 Bolivianos per liter. Villa emphasized the critical need for the immediate approval of a new fuel law by the legislative body. He stated that such a law would enable the state to sell fuel to the public at a consistent price of 5 Bolivianos per liter for the next five years. "We have brought the contracts of these three companies," Villa declared, underscoring the feasibility of his proposal. Furthermore, the candidate suggested that any surplus generated from this pricing model could be allocated to support national athletes, who often face financial constraints for travel and accommodation.
