Police Seize Motorcycle in Volkovysk for Safety Inspection

In Volkovysk, Belarus, local traffic police conducted a routine inspection as part of the "Motorcycle Movement - Without Violations!" campaign. During this operation, officers stopped an 18-year-old eleventh-grader riding an IZ motorcycle on Karl Marx Street. While the driver possessed a valid license, the motorcycle's condition raised concerns.
