Cochabamba: Motorcyclist Caught on Camera Sexually Assaulting Woman

The footage, which has circulated widely, depicts the individual approaching the woman from behind on Avenida Heroínas and Calle Ayacucho, touching her buttocks before quickly fleeing the scene on his motorcycle. Authorities have noted that the motorcycle's license plate was intentionally covered, hindering immediate identification.
